Twisted Steel 409 Stainless Steel Shorty Header Nissan 350Z /Infiniti G35 03-05 V6-3.5L
Features: •Constructed of 1-5/8in. 16-gauge 304 stainless steel primary tubing •Mandrel-bent for unrestricted flow •3-to-1 formed collectors decrease turbulence and increases exhaust velocity •Optimized Tube Lengths Improve Flow and Performance •100% hand TIG-welded construction ensures optimal stre ngth and durability Test Results •In testing; the headers produced a max gain of+9 horsepower and+12 ft. lbs. of torque verified by our in house dyno (tested on 2003 Nissan 350Z V6-3.5L with stock y-pipe) •Potential for up to+10 horsepower and+13 lbs. x ft. of torque when combined with aFe s per formance Y-Pipe (P/N 48-36104-YC) Factory Mounting Locations: These headers are a direct bolt-on installation which requires no cutting or drilling to provide a hassle-free installation. Formed Collectors: 3-to-1 formed collectors decrease turbulence and increases exhaust velocity. The result is in creased horsepower; torque and improved throttle response. Heavy Duty Flanges: 1-5/8in. Thick 1-piece flanges are used to prevent warpage to ensure a leak-free seal over the life of the vehicle. Optimized Tube Lengths: Tube lengths are optimized for true pulse control technology which improves flow and performance. aFe headers and exhaust are engineered and manufactured in our Corona; California manufacturing facility. Note: This system is not currently CARB exempt and is not available for sale in California or for use on any vehicle registered with the California Department of Motor Vehicle.
