Description:

The radial calipers are made, entirely in Accossato Italy, using the best technologies and materials on the market. A clear example of this technology is the structure of the clamps made of monobloc and machined with 5-axis CNC machines. The shape of the clamps has been realized by carrying out complex CAD studies, to ensure the least possible weight, the optimal level of rigidity of the body and the best heat dissipation capacity generated by braking. During mechanical processing, the clamp body is 100% controlled by three-dimensional laboratory machines; in the next phase, the product is oxidized through a special treatment in hard oxide, which gives it a prolonged resistance over time.
The pistons of the calipers are, depending on the models, of two different materials: titanium or aluminum. Possible distances are 108 mm, 100 mm or 60 mm.

The Front Radial brake caliper is forged monobloc.

The distance is 108 mm and the off-set is 22.5 mm.

The 4 pistons are made in aluminium with Ergal Diameter 34 mm.

Dust Seals included.

The calipers have been designed to guarantee the lightest possible Weight.

The optimal level of rigidity of the body and the best capacity of heat dissipation generated by the braking process.

Our caliper reflects the "Made in Italy" quality: during the machining, The caliper body is 100% controlled by tri-dimensional lab machines and later it is treated with a black oxidation treatment. This ensures a long-lasting resistance.

There are 4 pads for each caliper, included in the caliper with code AGPA134 and you can choose the compound. The caliper can be anodized or painted, choosing from many colours.

This caliper, with its colour customisation, is recommended for both racing and street use.

SINTERED - for guarantee a high and constant grip level at high and low temperatures. This compound ensures good grip on wet ground.

ZXC - is a pottery compound ideal for racing use.
