The revolutionary new construction of ROTOBOX wheels, with their radical shape and box like construction, provide a small moment of inertia and a small gyroscopic effect. Due to mass concentrated in the center of the wheel, the control all over the motorcycle is essentially improved. It seems as the motorcycle has been released of invisible chain and stimulated when having ROTOBOX wheels mounted. This is a great advantage in turns allowing higher speed entering into the turn and faster accelerating after the turn. ROTOBOX wheel gives you clever performance.
The ROTOBOX wheels are the lightest wheels, due to use of premium materials. Carbon fiber is combined with synthetic resin to establish the best balance between weight and bearing capacity. ROTOBOX's revolutionary boxed-spoke construction increases the rigidity and strength of the wheels without adding weight. The mass is centralized in the heart of the wheel, giving it less inertia and less of a gyroscopic effect. The construction of rotary box provides greater stiffness. The motorcycle is faster and more adapt at driving.
Composite material is the lightest and strongest material, which can be molded into practically any shape, the key advantage is therefore in the structure of the material.
ASSEMBLING COMPONENTS
Carbon fiber monocoque rim, a one-piece hollow carbon cast, 7075 T6 aluminum alloy spacers, disk carrier and sprocket carrier, Polyurethane Cushion Drive Set (5 pcs), SKF bearings, aluminum valve stems.
On request, we provide7075 T6 aluminum alloy sprocket in the required toothing size and pitch.
COMPATIBILITY
Direct replacement for stock wheels, except for the sprocket, which must be replaced with specific sprocket, five-hole M10 on wheelbase diameter 100mm for any chain.

With the industries first 3 component composite (carbon-epoxy-steel) and its unique one-piece hollow carbon cast construction, Rotobox is redefining the quality and manufacturing standards of a whole industry. This puts us on the forefront of carbon fiber motorcycle wheel innovations.
ONE-PIECE HOLLOW CARBON CAST: Rotobox is the first and still the only carbon fiber motorcycle wheel producer in the world to develop and use a unique 3 component composite - combining carbon, epoxy and steel. As the composite itself the one-piece hollow carbon cast production process is a novelty as well.During production several different types of CNC tailored carbon fabrics are hand placed into the negative forming mold of the high precision aluminum tool. For greater impact resistance a stainless 2,5 mm steel wire is added in each side of the rim. Next the liquid epoxy resin is injected into the sealed and tempered tool under very high pressure. This process of producing the one-piece hollow carbon cast is an adaptation of the special high pressure Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) technology. Ensuring the continuous quality, safety and accuracy of the production process.
SOLID THIN SPOKES: To create solid thin spokes we use special carbon fiber yarn developed for military use. Because of the extreme mechanical properties of the fibers that we use (tensile strength 6000 MPa) and high density forging process, the cross section of spokes becomes small and compact.
HIGH PRESSURE CORE: The new technology achieves a high density of armature in the composite, extreme metric accuracy and a greater smoothness of the wheel surface. In addition - the wheel becomes watertight. Thanks to the High Pressure Core Technology the structural rib is placed in the inner side between the spokes, with its mission to support the stress hot spot of the wheel. As a result the BOOST elegant spoke design brings greater stiffness and although the spokes are thinner the BOOST is stronger than ever ? with a permissible static load of 280 kg on the rear and 180kg on the front wheel
